As a valued substitute aide, you will:

• Support academic and behavioral growth of students in classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 and small group assistance alongside teachers and staff
• Help students with routines, transitions, and engagement in classroom activities
• Implement behavior plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming learning space

To qualify, youll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet school-compliance requirements, including TB test and background clearances (or willingness to obtain them)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed

Preferred background includes:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training a plus
• A dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
