Youll play a crucial part in the classroom, supporting students 1:1 or in small groups as directed by educators. This role enables you to foster academic, behavioral, and social growth, making a difference in each students day.

What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically and behaviorally in classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small-group guidance and support directed by teachers
• Help students with routines, transitions, and engaging in classroom activities
• Carry out behavior support plans and implement IEPs when needed
• Offer supervision, mobility support, and personal care as appropriate
• Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and supportive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to meet TB testing requirements before starting
• Capability to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance as necessary
• Willingness to obtain all necessary clearances if not already current

Preferred Experience:

• Background in education, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/communication challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification (a plus, not required)
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
