Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Offer on-the-spot support for students in classroom environments, focusing on academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Provide individualized and small-group assistance under the direction of teaching staff
• Aid students with transitions, daily routines, and classroom activities
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs as needed
• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care requirements
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and safe atmosphere for all students

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide current, district-required TB test results
• Able to stand, walk, and help with lifting needs as necessary
• Willingness to obtain or provide required background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, child care, behavioral health, or special education
• Familiarity with supporting students who may have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a bonus, but not required
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
