What Youll Do:

• Support students academic, behavioral, and social growth within classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance under the direction of teachers and staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, class transitions, and remain engaged in activities
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as outlined
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and, when needed, personal care tasks
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, and 18+ years of age
• Current (or willing to obtain) TB test per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• School compliance clearances (must be active or secured before starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in educational, behavioral health, special education, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/learning challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials, though not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work style
