School Paraprofessional Needed Flexible, School-Based Opportunity

Responsibilities include:

• Offering 1:1 support to students as directed by teachers and school staff
• Assisting students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Providing help with medical, behavioral, and personal care needs as required
• Supporting students mobility and general supervision throughout the school day
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold an active RN license
• Possess a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Provide proof of a recent TB test (per district requirements)
• Be able to stand, walk, and assist in lifting as necessary
• Have current background/fingerprint clearances, or be willing to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred background includes:

• Experience in school, child care, special education, or behavioral health settings
• Skill in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR certification or G-Tube/Trach care experience (helpful but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
