Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Supporting students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Providing focused 1:1 or small-group assistance based on direction from teaching or school staff
• Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
• Implementing behavior support plans and supporting students per their IEPs
• Assisting with mobility, supervision, and personal care as required
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging learning space

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with physical support as needed
• Possess current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience working with special needs students, including those with autism or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (a plus, not required)
• Reliable, patient, and eager to collaborate within a team

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
