Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to meet school compliance requirements, including TB testing and current clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)

• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed Preferred Background

• Experience within schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings

• Skilled at supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges

• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not essential

• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach to teamwork Core Responsibilities

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom environments

• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by educators

• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement

• Implement behavior support plans and support individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Supervise, assist with mobility, and meet personal care needs for students when required
