What Youll Do:

• Offer 1:1 or small-group support, both academically and behaviorally, as directed by educators
• Assist students with daily classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Support students mobility, personal care, and supervision throughout the school day
• Follow and help implement behavior support plans and IEP guidelines
• Maintain an environment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming for all learners

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work with children in educational or care settings
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age 18
• TB test as required
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current or obtainable background clearances per school standards
• Willingness to comply with all district and school protocols

Preferred Experience:

• Background in special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with students who have special needs, including autism or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols (a plus, not required)
• Team-focused, reliable, and patient approach
