Per Diem Paraprofessional in Bothell, WA

Make a difference every day as an Instructional Aide substitute, providing flexible, as-needed support to students in school settings. What Youll Do:

• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Support students in classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions
• Deliver behavioral and social guidance while following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and, when needed, personal care tasks
• Help promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• Current TB test (per district guidelines) and all necessary clearances, or willingness to obtain them
• Strong communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Background supporting students in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity with supporting individuals with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus
