Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support in classroom and school settings
• Assist students with academic work, classroom participation, and daily routines
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as instructed by school staff
• Support with supervision, mobility, and personal care, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
• Foster positive, respectful interactions among students

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test (as required by the district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Educator certification (if required)
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting work

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus
• Patience, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
