Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• One of the following: Active ParaPro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or at least 36 college credits
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test in compliance with district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

Preferred Background:

• Hands-on experience in education, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT background (not required, but a plus)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
