What Youll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one or small-group academic and behavioral assistance
• Aid students during classroom routines, activities, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP protocols as directed
• Assist with supervision, classroom participation, and personal care needs
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students
• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to support diverse learners

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current TB test (as required by the district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Willingness to secure or update school-mandated clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Work in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus (but not required)
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
