Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with classroom activities, academics, and participation under teacher direction
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to meet diverse learning needs
• Help students navigate daily routines and classroom transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, safety, and personal care needs as needed
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and respectful classroom environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Completion of TB test (per school requirements)
• Ability to assist with physical aspects of classroom responsibilities
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a school, child care, or behavioral health setting
• Skills supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Background in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach
