Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students in classroom settings

• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social growth as directed by teachers or staff
• Implement individualized support plans (e.g., IEPs, behavior plans)
• Encourage a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18 years or older
• Completion of TB test (per school compliance standards)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them promptly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certifications in CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, not required)
