Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a TB test based on school standards
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Clearances (background and compliance) current or willingness to obtain before starting
  Preferred background includes:
• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus (not required)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach

Role Responsibilities

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 and small-group assistance under the direction of teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and IEP requirements as directed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for diverse learners
