Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide dedicated support to students in schools near Bellevue, WA. Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide both 1:1 and small-group assistance to students, following guidance from teachers and school staff
• Support students academically and behaviorally in the classroom
• Help with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans, following IEPs as needed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as appropriate
• Maintain an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all learners

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to complete TB testing per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance when necessary
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health
• Experience working with students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative nature
