Per Diem Teacher Aide | Barstow, California

Instructional Aide Substitutes are needed to provide essential support in school settings near Barstow, CA. As an Instructional Aide, you will:

• Support students both academically and behaviorally, fostering their participation in the classroom

To work in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet district compliance requirements, including a TB test
• Willingness to complete or provide current clearances prior to starting work
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with physical tasks as needed

Preferred candidates will have experience in school or child care settings, particularly with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges. Backgrounds including CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, though not required. A reliable, patient, and team-oriented attitude is essential.
