What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classrooms
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group support as directed by teachers and staff
• Facilitate daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and support IEP goals
• Provide mobility support, supervision, and assistance with personal care when necessary
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test (per school requirements)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain or provide current background clearances
• Experience in education, special needs, behavioral health, or child care preferred
• Experience with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are helpful, but not required
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
