Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom environments
• Offer 1:1 assistance as directed by teaching staff and support school routines
• Aid with daily student activities, transitions, and classroom participation
• Support behavior plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test completed (in accordance with district standards)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain all required school clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
