Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs when applicable
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Who Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date TB test and clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
• Experience in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health settings (preferred but not required)
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges (preferred)
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-minded attitude
