Instructional Aide subs are needed for 1:1 and small-group support roles, providing vital assistance to students and collaborating closely with teachers and school staff. Enjoy per diem assignments that fit your schedulework only when its convenient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
- Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
- Provide 1:1 and small group support as directed by educators
- Carry out behavior support plans and adhere to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Aid with supervision, mobility, and, if needed, personal care
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Clearance to work in schools (background, TB test as required)
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications are a plus, though not required
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
