Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Provide 1:1 and small group support as directed by educators
• Carry out behavior support plans and adhere to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Aid with supervision, mobility, and, if needed, personal care
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Clearance to work in schools (background, TB test as required)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications are a plus, though not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
