• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Aid students with daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when required
• TB test (per district standards)
• Current school clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start date

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods (not required, but advantageous)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
