Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance under the guidance of teachers and staff

• Implement classroom behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
• Support student mobility, provide supervision, and assist with personal care as needed

Mandatory Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Recent TB test (according to district standards)
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Obtain all required clearances (or be willing to do so before starting assignments)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/learning challenges
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT methods (not required, but a plus)
• Dependable, patient, and demonstrates a collaborative attitude
