What Youll Do:

• Assist students in classrooms with academic guidance, prompting, and encouragement
• Provide individualized support and classroom participation help as directed by teachers
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and personal care needs
• Supervise student mobility and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with educators and staff to maximize student success

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to provide TB test results as required
• Capable of standing, walking, and providing lifting assistance as needed
• Willingness to obtain or provide current clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (helpful but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach
