Position Overview: Instructional Aides work directly with studentsoften 1:1 or in small groupshelping them succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially. Youll collaborate with teachers and school staff, providing vital assistance as directed, while ensuring student safety and adherence to education plans. What You'll Do:

• Support students in classroomsacademically, behaviorally, and socially
• Offer 1:1 or group assistance based on individual student needs
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and engagement
• Follow behavior support plans and IEPs as required
• Provide supervision, help with mobility, and assist with personal care
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

Eligibility Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• One of: Active ParaPro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or at least 36 college credits
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test in line with school requirements
• Capability to stand, walk, and help with lifting
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to assignment)

Preferred Experience:

• Work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity with supporting students with disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT background a plus
• Reliable, patient, and adaptable
