Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized or small-group academic and behavioral support as directed
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP protocols when required
• Support mobility and personal care needs as needed
• Help create and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Must complete a TB test according to school requirements
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as part of daily tasks
• Current clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is an advantage
