Instructional Aide substitutes are needed for dynamic, per diem opportunities in a supportive school environment near Anaheim, CA. What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Offer 1:1 or small-group guidance as directed by teachers and school staff
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test in line with district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Current school-required clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting
  Preferred Experience:
• Experience in educational, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols (not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
