Per Diem Classroom Assistant | Anaheim, California

Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide vital support to students in school environments near Anaheim, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or with small groups as directed by teachers and school staff
• Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and select personal care tasks
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test per school requirements
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain and maintain current clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT background is a plus (not required)
• Demonstrates patience, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
