Required Qualifications:

• Ability to meet school compliance requirements, including current TB test and background clearances (or willingness to obtain)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus, but not mandatory
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
