Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Anaheim, California

Instructional Aide substitutes are needed to provide vital 1:1 support for students in dynamic school settings near Anaheim, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teachers and school staff to deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students.
• Provide focused 1:1 or small group assistance in the classroom.
• Guide students with daily transitions, routines, and classroom engagement.
• Follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement behavior support plans.
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all students.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• TB test clearance (per district requirements).
• Ability to stand, walk, and support lifting tasks as required.
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings.
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/learning challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT procedures (helpful but not necessary).
• Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic team player.
