Instructional Aide Subs are needed to support students 1:1 in a dynamic, school-based environment near Anaheim, CA. As an Instructional Aide Substitute, you will:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation
• Help implement behavioral support plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when required
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners

To be eligible to work in this role, youll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date TB test (per district requirements)
• Current clearances or a willingness to obtain them before starting

Preferred experience includes working in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings. Experience with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is an asset, as is familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBTthough not required. Reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude are essential.
