Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in classroom environments, supporting academic, behavioral, and social participation
• Provide 1:1 and small-group guidance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help facilitate daily routines, classroom transitions, and engagement
• Follow behavior support strategies and implement IEPs when applicable
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete a TB test as required
• Be able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Keep necessary school clearances current, or complete them before starting

Preferred background includes experience working in schools, childcare, or behavioral health, and supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges. CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus but not required. A reliable, patient, and team-focused approach will make you a great fit.
