School Paraprofessional Subs are needed for immediate and flexible on-call opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups, under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Help with classroom routines, daily transitions, and participation in activities
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support mobility, student supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment to encourage learning

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass district-required TB test
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting if necessary
• Willing and able to complete all necessary background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods (a plus, not required)
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented approach
