What Youll Do:

• Provide hands-on support to students academically, behaviorally, and socially in the classroom
• Offer dedicated 1:1 or small group assistance under the guidance of teachers and school personnel
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Follow individualized education programs (IEPs) and implement behavior support strategies as directed
• Support mobility, provide supervision, and assist with personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• TB test in accordance with district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• All clearances must be current or obtained before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience or certifications in CPI, PMT, or RBT are a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
