What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group academic and behavioral support to students
• Assist students with classroom participation, routines, and daily transitions
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEP accommodations as directed
• Offer supervision, mobility help, and personal care when necessary
• Actively contribute to a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Completed or willingness to obtain all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT is helpful, but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative nature
