Instructional Aide Opportunities Anaheim, CA (Per Diem, School-Based)

Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually or in small groups under teacher guidance
• Support classroom participation, daily routines, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Aid mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a TB test and obtain clearances required by schools
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Current clearances or willingness to acquire before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications appreciated but not required
• Reliable, patient, and team-focused approach
