Per Diem Teacher Aide | Anaheim, California

Instructional Aide Substitutes are needed to support students one-on-one in local school environments. Position Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support within classroom settings
• Work one-on-one or in small groups under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as required
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as necessary
• Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test per school district guidelines
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date clearances or willingness to complete prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (a plus, but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
