Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing academic, behavioral, and social support for students in classroom settings
• Assisting students 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teaching and school staff
• Helping students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Supporting the implementation of behavior intervention plans and IEP requirements
• Assisting with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as needed
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

To be considered, candidates must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide proof of a recent TB test (per district requirements)
• Meet school compliance requirements and have (or be willing to obtain) current clearances
• Have the physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required

Preferred candidates bring:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Demonstrated ability supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (not required but a plus)
• A patient, team-oriented, and dependable approach
