Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance to students in classrooms, supporting learning, behavior, and social development
• Work 1:1 or with small groups under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Aid students during daily routines, classroom transitions, and lesson activities
• Support and implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and supervision when needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Current (or willingness to obtain) PA Act 34 Criminal Background Check, Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting, and TB test
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and support lifting as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Exposure to supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT knowledge (a bonus)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative
