What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEPs where applicable
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain per district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Must have or be able to obtain required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT background is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and positive team player
