• Assisting students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implementing behavior support plans and following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Supporting students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Helping maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

To succeed in this role, youll need:

• An active AL LPN License
• Completion of required TB test and compliance with district health regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Minimum age of 18; all necessary clearances completed or willingness to obtain
• A reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach

Preferred background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification/experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT is advantageous
