What Youll Do:

• Deliver individualized, comprehensive support to students, responding to medical, behavioral, and social needs
• Act as a 1:1 aide under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Assist with daily routines, mobility, transitions, and personal care
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
• Stay attentive to students needs and promote their classroom participation

What Youll Need:

• Valid RN license
• High school diploma or GED (minimum)
• Minimum age: 18 years
• TB test compliant with school district standards
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• Current clearances or willingness to complete prior to start

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-tube, or trach experience highly valued (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative demeanor
