As a key healthcare support, youll assist students medically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom environments. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support as directed by teachers and school staff, helping students with medical needs, facilitating daily routines, and promoting engagement throughout the school day. Youll assist with mobility, supervision, personal care, and transitions, all while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

To be eligible, youll need:

• An active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Compliance with district TB testing requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred background includes experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care, along with a demonstrated ability to support students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges. Training in CPR, G-Tube, or Trach procedures is a plus but not required. A reliable, patient, and team-oriented mindset is essential.
