Per Diem LPN - School in Summerville, GA

Responsibilities include:

• Offering 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support in coordination with teachers
• Assisting students with daily routines, smooth transitions, and active participation in classroom activities
• Carrying out behavioral support plans and following students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Providing supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care needs as required
• Helping uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Qualifications youll need:

• Active AL LPN License
• At least 18 years of age
• Compliance with TB testing as outlined by district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting as needed
• Up-to-date background clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to beginning

Preferred experience:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or proficiency in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
