Desired Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
• Recent experience in a pediatric, school, or similar setting strongly preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (current)
• Skilled in basic nursing care, first aid, medication administration, and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable and able to respond calmly to urgent situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care within a school environment, including managing minor injuries, chronic conditions, and medication administration
• Assess and triage students presenting with illness or injury, following established protocols
• Coordinate with staff and parents on student health needs and care plans
• Record and maintain confidential, accurate health data and documentation
• Provide health education to promote wellness among students and staff
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies and support crisis interventions as needed
