What youll do:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support for students under teacher supervision, focusing on academics, behavior, and social skills.
• Engage students in daily routines and classroom activities, assisting with transitions and participation as needed.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs, adapting to each students unique needs.
• Provide hands-on care including mobility assistance, supervision, and personal needs support.
• Help ensure classrooms remain respectful, welcoming, and physically safe.

What you bring:

• Active AL LPN license
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet local TB testing requirements
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting
• All required clearances (or openness to obtain them) Preferred skills and experience:
• Previous experience in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or related training is a plus
• Reliable, positive, and team-focused mindset
