Licensed Professional Nurse School-Based Per Diem Opportunities

Responsibilities Include:

• Offering tailored medical, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom settings
• Providing 1:1 assistance as directed by educators and staff to address students medical and personal care requirements
• Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and participation to help students fully engage in the school day
• Supporting student mobility, supervision, and personal care with professionalism and empathy
• Helping maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive setting for learning and development

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test in accordance with district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting individuals with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach care experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
