Desired Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
• Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

• CPR and First Aid certifications (current)
• Willingness to adapt to a busy and varied school atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students with acute or chronic conditions
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and school health protocols
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Maintain accurate student health records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to promote student wellness
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students with special medical needs
• Support health screenings, immunization tracking, and infection control procedures throughout the school
