Per Diem School LPN | Millbrook, Alabama

This position invites dedicated LPNs to work closely with students, nurturing their academic, behavioral, and social development through attentive, individualized care, all within a school environment situated near Millbrook, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under the direction of a teacher
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Follow and implement behavior intervention plans and adhere to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide mobility assistance, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Help uphold a positive, safe, and inclusive learning atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama LPN license
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to meet district TB testing requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance as necessary
• Willingness to secure required background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is an advantage
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset
