Key Qualifications:

• Current AL LPN license in good standing

• Experience working in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students facing behavioral or developmental challenges, including autism, is a plus
• Certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT welcomed
• Adaptable, patient, and collaborative mindset essential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support for academic, behavioral, and social engagement under the direction of licensed educators
• Aid students during daily routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavioral plans and support IEP goals as directed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care tasks to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere
